Barry Brensinger

Barry joined the firm in 1978. Healthcare planning and design have been his professional focus for more than 35 years. Barry has been repeatedly honored as a community leader through his dedicated work with various not-for-profit organizations. Under his guidance, the firm’s Healthcare Design Group has become among the most experienced healthcare planning and design teams in the region.
Barry holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Dartmouth College.

Carmine DeBlasi

Carmine ensures each of our projects, from start to finish, are guided by experienced technical oversight and a deliberate Quality Control process. Carmine carefully reviews documents during each phase of project development for technical accuracy, conformance with Owner’s building standards, and constructibility; determination of applicable codes and regulations and related analysis; participation in meetings with regulatory authorities; material research and specifications; and team consultations regarding technical details.

Christina Mellor

Christina is an accomplished professional Interior Designer serving a wide range of public and private clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to design strategy implementation; encouraging user group interaction and enhancing our client’s overall experience. As a LEED® accredited professional, all her projects consider sustainable materials and long-term value. Christina is also very involved with the community, serving as a Board Member for the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.

Joan Eagleson

Joan Eagleson is a healthcare Programmer and Planner with more than 30 years of experience and specialized expertise in Behavioral Health and Senior Living design. She works to create environments that allow staff the ability to provide an excellent level of care, and for patients and families to feel safe and comfortable.
In 2015, Joan chaired Lavallee Brensinger Architects’ “Safe Therapeutic Environments†round table. This event provided a forum for clinicians, administrators, facility managers, architects, contractors, policy specialists, and industry product experts to collaborate in an effort to usher in real, thoughtful change that will influence future outcomes of behavioral healthcare treatments.

Steve founded Optimal-Use, a consulting group within Lavallee Brensinger that focuses on the analysis of healthcare process and space. His work has helped healthcare institutions improve process and optimize utilization of space resources.
