Community Spotlight: Michael Pednault, Windham Youth Recreational Sports

Windham Youth Recreational Sports Aims to Help Children Live an Active Lifestyle

From our beginning in 1976, founder Don Lavallee focused on doing his best to make things better and inspired others to do the same. He cared deeply about our team, our work, and our community. Today, the tradition of “giving back” remains an important part of what makes Lavallee Brensinger Architects a rewarding place to work and create.

We are excited to spotlight Project Manager, Michael Pednault, who is currently carrying on a Lavallee Brensinger tradition of serving as a coach for Windham Youth Boys Soccer, Football, and Basketball.

1. What is your current role/position?

I coach the 5th/6th grade boys Recreational Soccer, Football, and Basketball teams for the Windham, Maine community.

2. What does this organization bring to the community?

All three organizations are engrained in the Windham community with many volunteers committing their time and efforts to create fun and rewarding sport opportunities for the local youth.

3. Why is this organization important to you?

I enjoy working with young athletes by not only teaching them different skills and abilities but having a positive impact on their lives.
