LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Available for virtually all building types, LEED provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership. A LEED AP credential distinguishes those with advanced knowledge in green building, plus expertise in a particular LEED rating system. Eric LeBlanc met the task of earning and passing the LEED AP certification for Building Design + Construction.

NCIDQ Certification
NCIDQ Certification is the industry’s recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer’s commitment to the profession. Emmaly Pense passed all three NCIDQ exams and earned her certification. Professional interior designers who possess the NCIDQ Certification have distinguished themselves by demonstrating a specific set of core competencies, supported by verified work experience and a college degree. They have proven their expertise in understanding and applying current codes established to protect public health, safety and welfare. They are passionate about their profession and dedicated to its recognition and integrity.

Barry’s Board Impact Award
We offer our congratulations to Barry Brensinger for receiving the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits’ 2021 Board Impact Award. The awards are presented each year to honor remarkable people and nonprofit organizations that have made outstanding contributions to their communities. Barry has been repeatedly honored as a community leader through his dedicated work with various not-for-profit organizations.

Our thoughtful Marketing Assistant Elizabeth Asmus is a guest reader for City Year New Hampshire’s inspirational, impactful, and fun CY Reads initiative promoting literacy for children!
City Year is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students and schools succeed. The CY Reads experience creates a space where students can connect and find belonging alongside their peers, hear and read stories representative of their backgrounds, and grow in literacy skills. Lite Up The Nite 5k Walk/Run for Mental Health
The weather was perfect for the annual Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Lite Up The Nite 5k Walk/Run! Our team walked, ran, jogged, and enjoyed being out in the community! The overall theme of the evening was “Don’t go it alone,†and “Everyone has the right to a happy, healthy life.” Thank you to everyone at Team LBA who participated!
