The Project
The renovation of The State of New Hampshire’s Tobey Building, on the Governor Hugh J. Gallen State Office Park Campus, will allow the Department to consolidate administrative functions from four locations into one facility. In addition to all administrative functions transferring to the Tobey Building, the facility will house the NH Concord Local Office (which provides free job service and unemployment claims assistance to citizens within the Concord labor market area). A newly constructed parking deck increases parking capacity to 300 spaces.
The completed building is fully ADA accessible.
