The Project
Havenwood Heritage Heights continues its campus-wide transformation with the successful completion of Phase 2 of the South End Redevelopment. Following the North End project—which integrated new cottages among existing ones, this phase adds 13 thoughtfully designed residences, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den layouts, each with garages to suit a variety of lifestyles and budgets.
Responding to growing demand for spacious, independent living among active seniors, this multi-phase initiative supports autonomy, connection, and modern comfort. Designed in collaboration with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, the new cottages blend functionality with residential warmth. Features include zero-clearance entries, ADA-compliant bathrooms, open-concept living, energy-efficient systems, full basements, central air, in-unit laundry, and private garages, all supporting aging in place.
With every cottage now occupied, Phase 2 reinforces Havenwood Heritage Heights’ ongoing commitment to quality, sustainability, and resident-centered living. Planning for future phases is already underway, offering more opportunities to join this vibrant New Hampshire community.
