The Project
Lavallee Brensinger was commissioned to re-envision this 200,000 square foot commercial office building to increase visibility and attract new tenants in the up-and-coming Assembly Row area of Greater Boston. Renovations include visual transformation of the exterior skin of the building, a dramatic new entry and lobby area, and upgraded common area finishes. The new building image offers an attractive, collaborative, social common areas, and a fresh new look to help draw patrons and businesses to this hip, new, mixed-use development.
