The Project
Grace Cottage Family Health engaged Lavallee Brensinger to program and design a new Primary Care Building for serve their growing practices. The programming process included a detailed analysis of patient volumes, provider schedules, and space utilization. The interior design goals include: (1) care team rooms with natural light and acoustically separated provider workspaces, (2) space utilization flexibility, (3) a centralized clinical support core, (4) spaces that promote staff satisfaction, (5) ease of wayfinding for patients, and (6) a comfortable, pleasant environment for patients. The exterior design is intended to be contextual to the Hospital and surrounding community.
