The NH Courts Administration retained Lavallee Brensinger Architects to renovate the historic Union Leader newspaper office and printing facility into the Manchester District Courthouse. The comprehensive renovations occurred over several years, as funding became available. The final phase included the development of 12,600 sf of unfinished space into court and support spaces for the Family Division.
