The Project
Working with Canton-Potsdam Hospital to align their Primary Care Physicians’ Practices as part of a system-wide Master Facilities Plan, Lavallee Brensinger identified an existing building site as an opportunity to develop a new Medical Home / Urgent Care Center. The new 20,000 sf facility accommodates 10 Primary Care Providers, an Urgent Care / After-Hours Clinic, and Ancillary spaces providing Lab, and X-ray services.
The building design was developed to help create a new image reflecting the diverse community, consisting of four universities and an agricultural-based rural population spread over the state’s largest county.
