The Project
This 158-bed, coed residence hall was renovated in two phases, with careful attention to maintaining the historic integrity and details of this popular 1926 facility. Phase I involved the installation of new mechanical and life safety systems, as well as new finishes in the lower level classrooms. In Phase II, lighting, new finishes, and bathroom renovations were completed for the upper three levels of residence rooms.
