Lavallee Brensinger designed a one story, free standing Medical Office Building with consideration for future expansion. The project goals and objectives were to design a new prototype for an outpatient program that utilizes flexibility, efficiency, and patient centered care to create an atmosphere that is both enriching and successful in an ever–changing healthcare environment. At this unique site, program elements work harmoniously together; allowing for individuality while maintaining the Exeter hospital identity. Other considerations included environmental sensitivity: materials, detailing, natural and artificial lighting, and site relationships while managing both budget and time constraints.

Program includes: adult and pediatric rehabilitation, pediatric and family practices, blood draw, radiology with mobile van access, care coordination, dietician, and conference space.
