Lavallee Brensinger Architects ofÂ BostonÂ andÂ ManchesterÂ is pleased to announce the addition of eight staff members to the firm, and the opening of a new downtownÂ PortlandÂ office located at 305 Commercial Street.

Lavallee BrensingerÂ has enjoyed over 20 years planning and designing new construction, renovation and expansion projects for our manyÂ MaineÂ clients including: Blue Hill Memorial Hospital,Â Colby College, Goodall Hospital, IDEXX Laboratories, Inland Hospital, Mid-Coast School of Technology, Morse High School, Riverview Psychiatric Recovery Center,Â SanfordÂ School District, Sebasticook Valley Hospital, St. Andrews Hospital, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, The Park Danforth, Town ofÂ Wells,Â University of Southern Maine, Wells-Ogunquit Community School District, and York Hospital.

Paul Lewandowski, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP joins the firm with over two decades of experience planning and designing innovative projects for corporate, civic, healthcare and education clients. Paul earned his degree fromÂ Rensselaer Polytechnic InstituteÂ and went on to serve as an adjunct professor of Architecture. His passion for design has continued in his architectural career, professorial role at theÂ Maine College of Art, and President Elect position with IIDA New England.
Alice M. Carey, AIA, LEED AP BD+C joinsÂ Lavallee BrensingerÂ with an extensive background in master planning and design for education and civic clients. Alice earned her BArch atÂ Syracuse UniversityÂ where she graduated Cum Laude. Her experience encompasses project and document management, 3D Building Information Modeling and LEED design.
Eric F. Giuliano, LEED AP, joins the firm with nearly 20 years experience, specializing in project management, project documentation, detailing and building lasting relationships with his clients. A graduate ofÂ Norwich University, Eric’s recent work includes complex design projects for healthcare clients in the region.
Also joining the firm’s design team areÂ Shellie McClallen, LEED AP specializing in Healthcare and Corporate architecture;Â Ryan Tirrell, Interior Designer with a background in sustainability; andÂ Scott R. Graham, a talented MArch graduate from theÂ Wentworth Institute of Technology.
In addition,Â Lavallee BrensingerÂ welcomesÂ Kathleen Porter, Business Development Manager, andÂ Rebecca Tildesley, Marketing Coordinator, both of whom have backgrounds in the A/E industry.
