William Gatchell, AIA, joins the firm with a wide range of project experience for education, civic, and corporate clients. Will earned his MArch at Columbia University and his experience encompasses all phases of architectural services from master planning and programming, through design and construction close-out. His expertise in academic building projects at Tilton Academy, North Yarmouth Academy, Foxcroft Academy, as well as his master planning experience, are an excellent complement to Lavallee Brensingerâ€™s strengths in these project types.
Jeffrey Brussel, AIA, LEED AP, brings extensive experience in higher education, science/technology, and K-12 facilities. A graduate of Cornell University, Jeffâ€™s recent notable work includes the Harvard Allston Science Complex, the Comer Geochemistry Building at Columbia University, and the University of Rhode Island Center for Biotechnology and Life Sciences. With a career focus on building technologies, he is a particularly valued team member on Lavallee Brensingerâ€™s high-tech commissions.
With significant healthcare planning and design experience, Luis Riobueno, LEED AP, joins the firmâ€™s thriving healthcare practice. Luisâ€™ recent work includes projects at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Boston Childrenâ€™s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center, Brigham & Womenâ€™s Hospital, and Lahey Clinic.
In addition, Lavallee Brensinger welcomes two recent graduates, Sean Landry and Joe Britton III. These talented and energetic young professionals will apply their skills in Building Information Modeling and 3D design to support project teams.
