The Project
To expand services and address current marketing trends, Concord Hospital updated a fully operational maternity unit, with Acute Level II Services. Throughout the Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) expansion to 21 rooms, it was required that 18 units remain operational. The renovations included: administrative suites, the addition of two LDRP rooms, new additional square footage to Continuing Care and Acute Care Nursery, and Private Continuing Care expansion. With the inclusion of private rooms, the nursery area renovations add privacy and safety for each infant.
