The Project
This new multi-phase facility for the Automotive Science & Technology Program is the first project on campus following the Manchester Community College’s participation in the American College & University President’s Climate Change Commitment. It is the first LEED® building of its kind in the country and the first LEED® project in the NH Community College System. Using building energy modeling, the project is predicted to be 45% more energy efficient than a typical building of this type.
