The Project
Prominently located adjacent to the main campus entrance, this new 151-bed residence for St. Anselm students features traditional singles, doubles, and triple rooms with numerous amenities and accessibility options on four levels. Bedrooms are located along the arms of the building, creating smaller neighborhood clusters with separate lounge and study spaces allowing ample natural light and views to each program space. Spacious core areas include kitchen, game, meeting and study areas adjacent to entrance and circulation spaces. Complimented by high performance envelope and glazing systems, the new residence hall is sheathed in a timeless palette of stone, brick, and slate befitting one of the nation’s finest Catholic liberal arts colleges.
