The Project
This recently completed Medical Arts Building offers a broad range of healthcare practices and also serves as a Community Education Center. Universal exam rooms are designed for optimum flexibility. The congested waterfront site required careful planning, but was selected for convenient access and views of the harbor. The building contains a Family Care Center, Women’s Health Center, and space for a surgeon’s practice, a pediatrics practice, and a rotating physician suite with an attached Infusion Clinic.
